In-stock items are generally dispatched the next business day. Most urban New Zealand deliveries arrive within approximately 2 working days of dispatch. Rural deliveries may take longer. Custom-made apparel items generally require 5–7 working days for production before dispatch.

The reusable cotton bag includes space to write the owner's name, making it easy to identify and keep favourite sensory tools together at home, school, during travel or out in the community.
