Shipping policy

Shipping is available via courier anywhere in New Zealand, excluding the Chatham Islands. Please note that custom-tailored items from Our Girl Store may take longer to prepare than in-stock products. For printed design items, allow 2–4 working days for production and an additional 2–3 working days for delivery. Kindly be aware that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
