Refund policy
Due to the nature of Our Girl Store some items are tailored to the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will advise whether you need to return the item or simply provide a photograph.
If a return is necessary, please send the item in its original packaging, if possible, along with your order number. Item if apparel must be unworn. Once we receive the returned item or photograph, we will arrange a replacement.
Please note: Our Girl is not responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty and we have specifically requested its return.
